Cursor

Use Cursor's Override OpenAI Base URL to point at TokRouter.

Cursor speaks the OpenAI protocol. Configure a custom model address:

  1. Open Settings → Models
  2. Enter the API key: your sk- token
  3. Enable Override OpenAI Base URL and set https://api.tokrouter.dev/v1
  4. Add a custom model id (e.g. claude-opus-5-5) and enable it

OpenAI protocol only

Cursor's override covers the OpenAI-compatible path only. To use Claude models, do not enter the Anthropic address — put the Claude model id in the OpenAI-compatible model list. The gateway routes it to Anthropic with the same key.

Claude Code

Two environment variables point Claude Code at TokRouter, so the terminal agent can call models from any vendor.

Cline

Choose OpenAI Compatible in Cline, point the base URL at the gateway, and use any vendor's model in VS Code.
