# Cursor

> Use Cursor's Override OpenAI Base URL to point at TokRouter.

Cursor speaks the OpenAI protocol. Configure a custom model address:

1. Open **Settings → Models**
2. Enter the **API key**: your `sk-` token
3. Enable **Override OpenAI Base URL** and set `https://api.tokrouter.dev/v1`
4. Add a custom model id (e.g. `claude-opus-5-5`) and enable it

Cursor's override covers the OpenAI-compatible path only. To use Claude models, **do not** enter the
Anthropic address — put the Claude model id in the OpenAI-compatible model list. The gateway routes it
to Anthropic with the same key.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Check |
| --- | --- |
| Model list will not load | Does the base URL end with `/v1`? |
| 401 | Put only `sk-…` in the field — no `Bearer ` prefix |
| Model unavailable | Is the id identical to the [Models](/en/models/) page? Dots and hyphens matter |
